Prontera is FullRO's hub — almost every custom NPC lives there. This page lists every service, trader, WoE, event and gambling NPC on the server, with exact map,x,y spots, plus the player commands they provide.
Every entry below was read straight from the live server scripts. If an NPC is not on this page, it is not on the server — several old traders and quest rows were retired, and they are listed at the bottom so you can stop looking for them.

🔨 Refining

Read Refine Success Rate before you spend anything — it has the exact ore cost, the zeny fee, the odds per level and how mending a break works.
⚙️ Automation
Both automation systems are command-based — no items needed:

✨ Custom Skill Quest
The eight custom skills (Phantom Step, Leap of Faith, Chain Knuckle, Static Swap, Open Celestial Gate, FCP Removal Solution, Conjure Image, Reverse Polarity) are learned from skill-book items. The Lv. 1 book of each is sold by the TCG Trader (@npc 6 → Skill Items) for 10 TCG Cards; higher levels come from event and gift rewards — see Custom Skills.

Your gear and your cards are never destroyed. The worst that can happen is a failed attempt (10% chance) where you lose only the fee and try again — the item and every card on it survive.

You must be under 50% weight and have room for the returned cards. Equip the item first — the NPC only reads what you are wearing.
💡 The Wise Old Woman is tucked away inside a Prontera building and is easy to miss on foot — @npc 11 warps you right to her.
🧪 Tool Dealer — WoE supplies
The ordinary Tool Dealer in every town now also stocks a Bloody Branch and a WoE/PvP supply set. Same NPC, same shop window, just further down the list. Before this, not one of these items could be bought anywhere on the server — they were farm-only.
@npc 1 warps you to the Prontera one (prt_in 126,76), but all 35 Tool Dealers carry the identical stock, so use whichever town you are standing in.

💡 The two 5,000,000z repair kits are the fast way to hold a castle. Each one hands over the complete material set the WoE:SE repair asks for, so you fix a downed barricade or guardian stone in one click instead of hauling Oridecon, Elunium, Stone and gemstones in with you.
🩸 Bloody Branch — MVP on demand
The Bloody Branch is the odd one out in that list: it is not a siege supply, it is an MVP on demand. Use it and one random MVP out of a 44-strong pool spawns on the spot. The roll is not even:

Three things worth knowing before you spend 10m:
- It does not work everywhere. Towns and a long list of other maps are flagged no-branch, so nothing will spawn there. Use it in a field or dungeon.
- The MVP is not yours alone. It spawns as a normal monster on a normal map — anyone standing there can hit it and take the loot.
- It does not count for the weekly MVP ranking. A branch-summoned MVP leaves no MVP tomb, so it never reaches the MVP Tomb weekly ladder or its rank perks. Those still require the real spawns.
📖 Plagiarism NPC

Rogues and Stalkers normally have to be hit by a skill to copy it. This NPC just casts it at you on request, so you can pick what you want instead of hunting for the right monster or player.
You must have the Plagiarism skill learned, and the copy replaces whatever you had copied before — exactly as if you had been hit by it.

The level you receive is capped by your own Plagiarism level, so max it out first if you want the full-strength copy.
💡 @npc 20 warps you to the Prontera Master instead of walking — see Player Commands. It only takes you there; you still talk to her yourself.

🔄 TCG Converter
prontera 149,155, ten steps south of the TCG Trader — or @npc 26. It buys spare currency and pays in TCG Cards, one way only. Every line below is worth 1 TCG Card:

Pick a currency and it tells you what your stack is worth; you can convert the lot in one go or name an amount. Anything that does not divide evenly stays in your bag.
Where the currencies come from:
- Event Ticket — the automated events: Race, Emperium, Cluckers and the PvP Brawler.
- Activity Coin — just being logged in: 2 an hour, plus 5 more every third straight hour.
- MVP Coin — no longer handed out. This is the way to cash out whatever you still have.
- Platinum Coin — the Coin Trader sells it at 500,000,000z, so four of them is a full 2,000,000,000z per TCG Card. It is the only way to buy TCG with zeny.
Spend them at the TCG Trader next door — God items run 15–25 TCG Cards.

💎 VIP perks
VIP is delivered by the Healer NPC (in 34 towns) and applies automatically while your account is VIP. VIP2 gets everything VIP1 gets, plus the extras noted.
- +50% Base EXP · +50% Job EXP · +10% drop rate
- +100 storage slots
- No zeny lost when you are killed by another player
- Stronger Battle Manuals
- Healer auto-buffs — Full Chemical Protection, Blessing, Increase Agility and your class Soul Link. VIP2 adds Assumptio, the six food buffs and Item Boost.
- Healer auto-repair — mends gear broken by a monster or a skill. ⚠️ It does not repair a refine break — those still go to Hephaestus and cost TCG.

🚫 Retired — do not go looking for these
These used to exist and are still named by old guides. They are switched off on the live server:
- The custom hat quest rows in Prontera (Hunting Quest, Lay, Cat, Captain D, Freyr, Keith, Ed, Narl, Ull, cHiZWiTcH, Elvie, Moondance, Andvari, Forseti, Sinflotli, Tyr, Holiday Tailor, Card Hoarder, Hankie, Eremes, Finala, Doggy, Envy, Kitty, Sebastien, Arilyn, Zodiac, Cat Whisperer, Sunglasses Trader, Maseph …). The official headgear quests are live instead, and there is a new custom row of 8 hat NPCs in Payon (
y = 228,x = 123–137) trading 40 headgears — see Headgear Quests. - The three enchanters in the Prontera weapon shop (Gear Augmentations, Kaho Enchanter, Lower/Mid & God Augmentation). Slotting is still available from the official Seiyablem and Leablem — see Enchanting & Slotting.
- MVP Card Exchanger and the Cursed Branch Trader.
- The Playtime Shop and the Activity Token trader — you still earn Activity Tokens every hour, but these two counters are off. Spend them at the TCG Converter instead.
- The Event Token Slot Machine (prontera 131,165) — removed; nothing stands on that spot now.
- Grab the Candy, Treasure Land and the Payon Invasion events, and the
@jointreasurecommand that went with them. - Wave Mode (
@wavemode,@buildtower,@selltower). - Race Trader and the Battlegrounds Trader — both shops were removed, and the events that paid Race Points and BG Points now pay Event Tickets instead, so you no longer earn either currency. Any balance you still hold is left over from before.
- Card Seller, Equipment Dealer, PvP Shop, and the Event / Guild / MVP coin traders. (The TCG Trader is back — it is live at prontera 149,165,
