Extract the archive somewhere that is not your Desktop, My Documents or Program Files — Windows blocks the patcher from writing there. Then run the patcher as Administrator and start the game.
📱 Android: FullRO-latest.apk — install the APK, then allow install from your browser or file manager. If the in-app updater ever fails, grab the manual patch (FullRO-mobile.zip) and extract it into the FullRO folder on your device to update by hand.
